Overview

Frontier Applied Behavior Analysis (“Frontier ABA,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through frontier-aba.com and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, your child's name and date of birth, your insurance carrier, your city, and your message.

When you apply through our careers form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, location, and the education and experience you share.

Our site does not require an account, and we do not ask for more than you choose to provide.

How we use your information

We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, to determine whether our services fit your family, to check insurance coverage when you ask us to, and to evaluate job applications. We do not sell your information.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to you, such as our email delivery provider, and only as needed for those purposes. We may disclose information when required by law.

Data retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond and to meet our legal and business obligations, then dispose of them.

Children's information

Our services support children, and our forms ask for limited information about a child so we can help. We collect that information from the parent or caregiver submitting the form, not from children directly.

Health information

Protected health information that we maintain as part of providing care is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at frontier-aba.com/hipaa-notice, in addition to this policy.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it.
